Zoom partners with Otter.ai for live caption

Agency: Zoom, a tech communication company, has partnered with Otter.ai, a transcription service company to make the video call experience better.

With this feature, the users of Zoom will be able to communicate more effectively. As the company will now give live captions for the Zoom calls, chances of miscommunication has lessened with this feature.

According to Gadget 360, this feature is available for Otter for Business users and Zoom Pro subscribers. This feature is built on Otter Live Notes which was rolled out for Zoom subscribers in April.

As per an announcement, this live video captioning feature by Otter.ai on Zoom helps to mitigate problem of miscommunication and it will also help organization to comply with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessibility requirements.
