Appointment made in various constitutional bodies

Kathmandu: Appointments have been made in various constitutional bodies.

It has been reported that total of 45 vacant positions various constitutional bodies has been held today.

Followed by the Constitutional Council (CC) meeting held on Wednesday, appointments in constitutional bodies including the Election Commission, National Human Rights Commission, and Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has been made.

Former Secretary Prem Rai has been appointed as the Chief Commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA). Similarly, Min Bahadur Rayamajhi has been appointed as chief commissioner of National Human Rights Commission.

The list also has names of the ones recommended by the main opposition party, Nepali Congress (NC).
